A randomly featured card from your collection is displayed prominently at the top. The card image creates an ambient glow behind it. Click the card to view its details. Use the Shuffle button to cycle to a different card.

Above the collection grid, use the dropdown controls to filter by sport, graded/ungraded status, for-sale status, or tags. Sort by value, year, name, or date added.

The search bar at the top of the collection filters cards as you type — matching against player name, team, year, and manufacturer.

A horizontal scroll strip below the collection shows the most recently added cards for quick access.

Clicking any card thumbnail (or the hero card) opens its full detail view.

Drop a card image into the upload area or tap to browse your files. On mobile, you can take a photo directly. The image is automatically cropped and centered to a standard card aspect ratio.

Select a league first (NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL), then teams and players are filtered to that league. Player names auto-suggest as you type, similar to eBay. Manufacturer and product line also cascade — select a manufacturer to see its product lines.

If your card is graded, select the grading company (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.) and the grade will offer the appropriate scale. Leave as "Ungraded / Raw" for ungraded cards.

Search for common parallel types (Refractor, Prizm Silver, etc.) with auto-suggest. Type your own if needed.

Click the Import button above the collection to upload a CSV file with multiple cards at once. The CSV should include columns: player, year, sport, company, productLine, cardNumber, team, position, gradeService, grade, isRookie, isAutograph, hasPatch, parallel, value, conditionNotes.

Upload a card image first, then tap Re-scan in the Add Card header. The AI analyzes the image and auto-fills player name, year, manufacturer, product line, card number, and more.

Use a clear, well-lit photo of the card front. Graded cards in slabs work well. Avoid blurry images or images with heavy glare.

Always review the AI-detected fields before saving. The scanner may not identify every field perfectly — it is a starting point to save you time, not a replacement for your expertise.

Move your mouse (or tilt your phone) over the card image to see it from different angles with a parallax 3D effect. The card catches light dynamically.

All details are displayed: player, year, team, manufacturer, product line, card number, grade, parallel/variant, condition notes, and estimated value.

Tap the Edit button to modify any field. Changes save immediately.

Add custom tags to organize your collection however you like (e.g., "PC", "Investment", "Trade Bait"). Tags can be used as collection filters.

Mark a card as for sale with an asking price. Listed cards appear in the Market section of the collection and can be filtered.

Remove a card permanently from your collection. You will be asked to confirm before deletion.

Cards you have marked as "for sale" appear here with their asking price. Other users browsing your vault can see what is available.

A feed of recent collection activity — cards added, price changes, and sales.

Set price thresholds on specific cards. When a card's value crosses your target (above or below), you will receive a notification.

Connect your eBay store by entering your eBay username in My Account. Once configured, active eBay listings and recent sales appear in the eBay Store section.

A line chart tracks your total portfolio value over time. Toggle between 30-day, 90-day, 1-year, and all-time views.

A news-style ticker scrolls your cards with their current values and recent price changes, just like a stock ticker.

At-a-glance stats: total cards, portfolio value, average card value, highest-value card, total graded, and portfolio change percentages.

Every card listed with its current value, 30-day change, ROI, all-time high/low, and a sparkline trend chart. Click any column header to sort. Click a row to open the card detail.

Insights are based on the estimated values you enter for each card. For the most useful analytics, keep your card values up to date. Future versions may integrate real market data from eBay sold comps.

Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K on Windows) or click the magnifying glass icon to open the global search overlay. Type to instantly search across all fields — player name, year, team, manufacturer, and product line. Click a result to jump to that card.

View your profile info: name, email, and member-since date.

Enter your eBay username to enable the eBay Store integration in the Market section.

Set your default sport filter, sort order, and cards-per-page preference. These persist across sessions.

Download your entire collection as a CSV file for backup or use in spreadsheets.

Toggle between dark and light mode using the sun/moon icon in the navigation bar. KardKache defaults to dark mode.

Open Manage Users from the avatar menu to approve, deny, or remove user accounts. New signups require admin approval before gaining access.

The AI card scanner is currently limited to admin accounts for testing purposes.
